Delivery cost and time

Here are the types of delivery and shipping costs.

• Flat rate 30 AED Across the UAE — 2-5 working days
• Free shipping (from AED 1,500) — 2-5 working days (delivery times depend on your region)

If the order cannot be delivered to the specified address the first time, the courier will try to do it again. If the parcel is not delivered on the second attempt, it is returned to the online store.

Important! During the period of an increased number of orders (sales periods, advertising campaigns), the delivery time may be increased. The current time, cost and the available form of delivery are visible when driving.

Returning an item to an online store - how does it work?

If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale. Items returned must be in original form with all labels and tags in place.

You can return goods to our online store by following the instructions:

• Fill out the below return form.
• Pack the goods you are returning - you must use the packaging in which you received the order.
• You must also enclose the completed product return form that you received in the package.
• Then you can return the goods along with the completed form using the courier service.

Important! Dear beloved client if you live in the UAE the cost of 30aed upon return service will be deducted from the refund.
